Do I need to sign contracts with developers?
Not necessarily. If you want to receive the commission directly, you can work under your own agreements. You can also use MetaInmo contracts depending on the collaboration model.
Can I work from outside Spain?
Yes. You can attract and assist buyers from another country and rely on local professionals for viewings, coordination and closing.
What commission can I earn?
The split depends on the working model and on who manages the client, viewings and closing. Percentages refer to the actual commission generated by the transaction, not the property price.
Is the resale MLS free?
Publishing a collaborative resale property, presenting your own properties through the reports tool and using agent requests are free.
Does the free trial include XML?
